Reports View Help TopicsViewing ISO Express BestYou will get the best results by viewing ISO Express in 1280x1024 resolution or higher. The best browser options are Firefox 3.1 or higher or Internet Explorer 9 or higher. The Google Frame plug-in is required if using Internet Explorer 8 or older. We recommend that you follow your organization's procedures to obtain the plug-in. We do not support browsers or versions of browsers not mentioned here. Default PageYou'll find the latest versions of reports related to energy market data on the default page of the ISO Express Reports View. Use the navigation "tree" on the left to navigate to the specific data you seek. From there you can access all recent reports for that data as well as mine historic reports from custom date ranges. Downloading ContentEasily download single CSV reports by clicking the "CSV" link to the right of the report name. To download more than one CSV, first select multiple reports using the checkboxes to the left of the report name and then click "Download Selected Files" to deliver a zipped file containing all checked reports. Historical DataWhen on any of the individual data pages, you can download historical reports of that data. Click "Search Historical Data" towards the right side of the center column: From the Historical Data interface, select the type of report and include any applicable parameters including the date range then enter the CAPTCHA text and click "Download" to have a zipped file containing your reports delivered. Web ServicesISO New England provides access to some data through data feeds (also called web services). To access these feeds, you must register for ISO Express and then request the data feeds by updating your ISO Express profile. For a list of what data feeds the ISO provides and for more detailed information on how to access the feeds, view the API documentation. Enroll Customer TypeIf you would like to subscribe to web services (data feeds), your company must be listed in ISO New England's Customer and Asset Management System (CAMS). To register your company, you must fill out the Web Services Customer Registration form and either email it to Customer Support or fax it to (413) 535-4156. Please be sure to indicate with the submission of the form your interest in using ISO Express and/or the web services. Customer Support will complete your registration, and you will receive an email with authorization. Change PasswordClick on the triangle next to your name in the upper right corner of the site to change your password.
